HOW TO ORDER
Quote
The first step to the ordering process is to contact us by phone, fax, e-mail, or the online quote request form. We will then return a quote to you by e-mail or fax within 24 business hours. Once you receive your quote, simply review it and fax it back with a signature so that we can get your project in our books.
Art
After approving the quote, you may then proceed to upload artwork to our Prepress department (click here for instructions). Please make sure, when uploading to our FTP, that you let Prepress know what the file is called and who you are so we may properly match it to your job.
Proof
Once we have your art and a job ticket from Customer Service, we will then begin the process of getting your job to the machine(s). We will send you a proof in PDF format for you to approve by e-mail. Most of the time, this proof is just a smaller version of the art you send us, but your approval (by e-mail) of the art helps us to avoid errors.
Completion
Once your job is completed, we will call you to let you know you can pick it up. In the case of shipping, we will simply ship your project out via UPS or FedEx.
